Hi Esme — lovely to hear about the wedding. Based on what you told us (60 guests, drinks reception 4–6pm, the lawn at Saunton, a long table running the length of the marquee, you'd like it to feel summery and abundant) here's our proposal. Quote is good for 14 days; no deposit until you say yes.

The shape of it

A 3-metre graze, two cheese stations, edible posies as centrepieces.

We'd run one long grazing board down the middle of your marquee — three metres on reclaimed oak planks — with two break-out cheese stations at either end to keep flow moving. Six edible posies (salami roses, strawberries, basil) sit as table centrepieces. Total spread feeds 60 with comfortable extras.
