How to enjoy it, at its best

01 · Open at room temperature

Cheese is at its best after 20–30 minutes out of the chill. Don't unwrap until guests are nearly there.

02 · Honeycomb on top, last

It's in the small wax-paper square inside the lid. Place it on the board just before serving so it doesn't melt into the crackers.

03 · Crate goes back

Leave the wooden crate out on the next delivery (or drop at the kitchen any weekday) and we'll refund £5 to your account.
